Terms and Conditions

As MN Consultancy, we are committed to providing clear and transparent information regarding the rights and responsibilities of individuals receiving psychological counseling services throughout the process. The terms and conditions outlined below govern the professional relationship between the client and the expert, and are applicable to everyone who agrees to use our services.

1. Service Description
Psychological counseling is a professional assistance process based on scientific principles, aimed at improving an individual's mental health and helping resolve issues they may be facing. The process is based on the principles of voluntariness, confidentiality, mutual respect, and collaboration.

2. Session Information
Sessions last approximately 45 minutes.
Meetings are held at the previously agreed weekly days and times.
The process can be planned as either short-term or long-term according to the client's needs.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late for the session, they will need to reschedule the appointment.

Confidentiality Policy
All information, documents, and content shared during the counseling process are kept confidential. However, the principle of confidentiality may be limited under the following legal and ethical circumstances:

If the client poses a serious risk of harm to themselves or others,

If involved in a criminal situation,

If the court requests the expert's testimony through a court order.
Outside of these exceptions, the principle of confidentiality remains valid during and after the counseling process.

 

4. Client's Rights and Responsibilities
The client has the right to terminate the process at any time. It is recommended that this decision be shared with the counselor to ensure the process is completed effectively.
Regular and timely participation in sessions is crucial for the effectiveness of the process.
The client is responsible for notifying the counselor about any changes in their contact information.
If the issue at hand exceeds the expert's area of expertise, the client may be referred to another specialist or institution.

 

5. Cancellation and Appointment Changes
If the client is unable to attend a session, they must notify at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to attend a session without notification or without a valid reason may result in the cancellation of the service or termination of the counseling process.

 

6. Records and Data Security
The counselor may record audio or video in cases where they deem it appropriate. These recordings are only made with the client's explicit consent, stored in password-protected environments, and not shared with third parties.

7. Fees
Psychological counseling sessions are subject to a fee. The fee structure and payment terms are clearly communicated to the client prior to booking the appointment.

These terms and conditions apply to any psychological counseling services provided by MN Consulting. By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
